At 24-7 Games & Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion or apparel item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the goods are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
